Old style SAE O-ring only plugs backing out.
Use Description
Aluminum hydraulic manifolds are produced for machine tool application. The final products are used in assembly line situations – 5,000 - 7,000 psi is involved. Vibration causes the plugs to back out leaking fluid on the machinery and surrounding floor area.
Solution
Zero-Leak Gold Plugs were installed.
Results
Leaks at plugged ports have been eliminated.
