EPCO adds Zero-Leak Gold plugs with screens
EPCO's Zero-Leak Gold plugs are availble with a cone or cylinder shaped screen affixed to the threaded end of the ZLG plug. The screened ZLG plug is intended to help remove unwanted contaminants that may be present in the fluid system. The ZLG plugs are installed perpendicular to the flow of the fluid. The metal to metal primary seal and the elastomeric back up seal of the ZLG plug allow the ZLG plugs to be removed, screens cleaned and re-installed repeatedly with any chemical sealanat of any kind. The design prevents the the o-ring and the threads of the ZLG plug and port from being damaged. The screens may be used in both the socket and hex head styles of Zero-Leak Gold plugs.
